This journey started with my own transformation. At just 24 years old, I was diagnosed with gout—a condition that forced me to take a hard look at my health. I knew I couldn’t keep going down the same path. So, I made a radical change to more ancestral, primal lifestyles that never showed a history of chronic illness. I overhauled my diet, committed to movement, and rejected the mainstream narratives about what health should look like. The results were incredible, and they sparked a passion in me to help others experience the same freedom and vitality.
I became a certified primal health coach and launched Do Not Comply Health + Wellness to guide people just like you—those who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure of where to begin. Through DIY courses, 1:1 coaching, and a no-nonsense approach to wellness, I’ve created a system that helps you take back control and build a vibrant, fulfilling life.
